A few examples of what sponsors have raised from our campaigns…
Their raises, their numbers. The investors came through campaigns run by the Altinvest team, formerly known as Raise Ready Systems.
I was going down the road with someone else on a campaign for our other fund. You guys have done such an amazing job that I've stopped that entire project, and we're bringing that fund to you as well.
My biggest concern was you're going to get people that don't have money or don't know what they're doing. Every call has been a quality call. No calls have wasted my time, which is impressive.
He came in thinking $200K, then said he had $600K available if it wasn't too much. Four, five days total. The next one wired $300K after one call. It's always that simple with real people.
I have had 12 different developers come to me from your marketing efforts, originally as investors. They ended up being customers as well.
A heavy hitter out of Atlanta told me his Meta feed is full of investments—and to let whoever puts together your marketing material know they did a really great job.
4 out of the 5 new investors that are investing with us this month, we received from your team. Those four investors represent about $1.4MM in capital.
One Facebook lead, two conversations, half a million dollars—then four family members in for another half million. $2.5M out of a Facebook ad.
We all have been very impressed with the results that you all are providing, even quicker than we anticipated.
You guys have been great to work with and I'm excited to keep learning and growing together.

How placement works
You apply. You take the meetings. We do everything in between.
- 1
Apply.
We look at deal structure, track record, exemption and stage: the same things your investors will. We will let you know either way.
- 2
Placement review.
A 30-minute call. We tell you whether you're a fit and exactly what you'd be getting.
- 3
Live in one week.
Your offering goes up on the platform, featured alongside the other sponsors who qualified to be there.
- 4
Meet with investors.
Confirmed investors, each with a written summary of what they want before you speak. You take the meeting and close.
Questions sponsors ask
How much does it cost?
Placement starts at $6,000, all in. That covers outreach to investors, who schedule directly on the sponsor's calendar, confirmation of every meeting, and the software sponsors use to manage every relationship. There's no setup fee, no percentage of the raise, and no long-term contract.
A sponsor's first placement shows how many investors want to talk and how many commit. From there, we scale the placement to the capital the sponsor needs to raise and how quickly they want to raise it.
When do meetings start?
Campaigns launch within a week of approval, and meetings start within the week after launch. The placement starts when the campaign goes live, not at payment, so there's no setup fee.
We need timely access to the offering materials. If the legal docs are still with the sponsor's attorney, we build in parallel and launch as soon as they're final.
Will this work for me?
Sponsors on Altinvest raise across a wide range of offerings, from real estate and private credit to energy and venture capital. Real examples of their investor meetings are on this page, each written by the sponsor who took it.
Our application criteria are designed to give an offering the best odds. We look for sponsors raising $2 million to $10 million or more, with an offering that can be publicly solicited and is live or launching within 30 days, deals taken full cycle, and a deck ready to share. If that's your raise, apply below.
How is this different from an agency or placement agent?
Altinvest is a platform sponsors are admitted to, not a vendor they hire. We review every offering, and only approved ones go in front of investors.
Sponsors pay a flat fee, not a percentage or a six-month retainer. Campaigns launch within a week, not after weeks of onboarding. Sponsors get qualified meetings on their calendar, not a lead list. And we run the entire infrastructure, so there are no tools to stitch together and no ad spend to manage.
We're not a broker-dealer, and we don't handle investor funds.
What if I already work with an agency or placement agent?
We don't require exclusivity, and we work alongside agencies and placement agents all the time. Altinvest is an added source of investor meetings, not a replacement.
Who's behind Altinvest?
Altinvest is built by the team at Raise Ready Systems, with six years marketing private placement offerings. We consolidated our entire approach into one platform, built to be the simplest, fastest way to reach new accredited investors.
