Building an investor-first platform
For six years we worked alongside sponsors: partnering on offerings, marketing private offerings, and setting up more than 3,600 meetings between sponsors and investors. We kept seeing the same thing. Strong offerings did not reach the investors looking for them, because someone in between decided what got seen.
Altinvest is our answer. We review every offering, admit the ones that fit, and take them directly to accredited investors who are actively looking. Sponsors run the raise on the platform, from the first meeting to funded.
We are building the way private capital gets raised next.

The team behind every raise

Investor concierge
Every investor who asks about an offering talks to a person. We learn what they are looking for, schedule the meeting with the sponsor, and follow up after it.

Sponsor success
From onboarding to launch and every week after, we keep each raise on schedule and to standard.

Marketing and research
The research behind every campaign, and the ads, videos and pages that put an offering in front of accredited investors.

Product and engineering
The platform sponsors and investors use every day, from the offering pages to the sponsor dashboard and the automations behind them.
What we believe about private capital
01
Investors first
We build for the investor. Every offering is laid out the same way, terms first, so an investor can judge it on what they want their money to do.
02
Direct access to capital
Sponsors meet investors directly, with no one in between deciding what gets seen. Investors see more of what is out there, and sponsors meet the people writing the checks.
03
Compounding trust
Every offering we admit speaks for the next one. Holding the bar on each makes the next more credible to the investor reading it, and that credibility builds with every raise.
04
Invent the future
We build how private capital will be raised next, and we ship what we build in public, on the changelog.
From an ad agency to a platform
2012
The JOBS Act
Sponsors can advertise private offerings for the first time. Chris Arias starts marketing them that year.
2018
The Digital Collective
Chris and Vitaliy Gnezdilov merge their firms to form The Digital Collective Corporation, an ad agency serving clients worldwide.
2020
Syndications
We focus on private offerings. Paid in GP equity, we sit on the GP as the marketing team for select sponsors, and are part of more than $40 million raised across individual assets and funds. One of those funds, Wealthward's Thrive Community Fund, was brand new: we branded and marketed it from scratch.
2022
Inside a platform
Vitaliy joins CrowdStreet for a year to study the investor experience at scale.
2023
Raise Ready
We launch Raise Ready, an agency taking sponsors' offerings to accredited investors. It is where we cut our teeth.
2024
Beyond real estate
Energy, private credit and more, for accredited investors looking beyond one kind of offering.
2026
Altinvest
Raise Ready becomes a platform that drives investor demand for alternative investments. Investors see offerings laid out the same way, and sponsors run the raise in software, from first meeting to funded.
