How the placement scales

The first placement is for building investor demand. The next is sized from its numbers, the capital left to raise and how soon.

Illustrative, not a forecast. Provided the first placement's data hold, more placement and higher conversion equals more capital raised over the same period of time. More in the sponsor FAQ.

What each offering adds to the next

Every relationship from a placement is the sponsor's to keep.

  1. 01

    Referrals

Investors can introduce family, friends and partners, and those introductions cost the sponsor nothing.

  2. 02

    Larger checks

A first check can become a larger one once the investor gets to know the sponsor.

  3. 03

    Reinvestment

Investors can back the sponsor's next offering, or the same fund again.

Pricing questions

Is the price per sponsor or per offering?

Per offering. Each campaign drives to one offering, so a sponsor with two raises runs two placements.

When does the placement start?

When the campaign goes live, not at payment. Campaigns launch within a week of approval.

Can I cancel anytime?

There is no long-term contract. A sponsor can cancel any time, effective at the end of the term they have paid for, and the term starts when the campaign goes live, not at payment.

Is there a fee to apply?

No. Sponsors apply, we review the offering, and the price applies only to approved offerings.
