Altinvest puts private offerings directly in front of the accredited investors looking for them. Sponsors raising $2M to $10M+ apply, and the offerings that fit go in front of investors seeking alternative investments, with the software sponsors use to run the raise from first meeting to funded. Over six years, the team has arranged more than 3,600 meetings between sponsors and investors.
Altinvest is operated by The Digital Collective Corporation, a California corporation. Chris Arias and Vitaliy Gnezdilov formed it in 2018 and have focused on private offerings since 2020.

Naming and usage
Altinvest is one word with a capital A. Not AltInvest, Alt Invest or Alt-Invest. The lowercase letters and the slash belong to the logo only; in writing, it is Altinvest.
Give the mark room, and use the files as they are: no recoloring, stretching, outlines or effects. Don't use them in a way that suggests Altinvest endorses a product, an offering or a business.
