    Sponsors raising $2M to $10M+ submit their offering memorandum for review.

  2. 02

    Launch within a week

    We build the offering page from the sponsor's materials, and every ad and email comes from it, so investors have read it before they take a meeting. Approved offerings go live within a week.

    Qualified meetings

    Every investor confirms their accreditation, that they can invest at the sponsor's minimum, and when they plan to commit capital. We call each investor to confirm and prepare them for the meeting.

    Close, then scale

    The first placement is for building investor demand, the proof of concept the raise grows from. Sponsors keep those relationships, develop them over time and scale the placement when they're ready to grow.
