The Altinvest Notetaker
Admit the Altinvest Notetaker to your investor calls on Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, and keep it in until the end. When the call ends, your post-call note is already drafted. Review it and submit. Once you do, a follow-up email with your materials and scheduling link is ready to send. The recording and transcript are saved in your dashboard, and any note not submitted within five days files on its own, exactly as drafted.
Admit the Altinvest Notetaker to your calls
When you meet an investor, the Altinvest Notetaker asks to join the call. Click Admit, and it appears as a recording and taking notes tile, so the investor can see what it is.
The post-call note, drafted for you
After the call, the summary, the potential check size, a Remember them by line and the next steps agreed on the call are already filled in. Check the details, fix anything it missed, and then submit.
Five days to review
If a note isn't submitted within five days, it files on its own, exactly as drafted.
A follow-up email, ready to send
Once the note is submitted, a follow-up email is ready: tick the materials to share and add your scheduling link if you didn't schedule a follow-up on the call. Edit anything you like, then send.
Recording and transcript, saved
The recording and the transcript can be found in your dashboard.
Getting started
Next time the Altinvest Notetaker asks to join, click Admit, and keep it there from start to finish. It can only draft from what it hears on the call.
